春分「鳥語花香，春雨潤物」，二十四節氣之一，約國曆3/20-4/4，大地從此時逐漸溫暖了起來，此時採收的熟成荔枝蜜，經由蜜蜂們辛勤釀製，透過天然熟成，帶有清新口感，給予人淡雅印象，尾韻還帶有如絲般細膩的荔枝花香，顏色上帶有金黃剔透的色澤，因其具有易結晶的特性，當成抹醬使用口感柔潤細膩，經由時間的醞釀等待，完美封存了原始蜂蜜的營養，是天然健康的保健食品。
