採用8分熟的青梅,洗淨後日曬釀製,甜中微酸的口感並有清香烏龍茶釀造入
味梅子很適合直接食用有助消化或加入食物的料理中,梅汁可醃涼拌菜或直接
稀釋成酸梅汁也可將梅汁與白飯拌勻後做成飯糰或壽司喔!!

完全無化學香精香料只有淡淡茶香不刺鼻
個人覺得將梅子放到冷凍後更好吃,梅汁可沖泡成飲品
