採用8分熟的青梅,洗淨後日曬釀製,甜中微酸的口感並有獨特的客家紫蘇釀造入味梅子很適合直接食用有助消化或加入食物的料理中,梅汁可醃涼拌菜或直接稀釋成酸梅汁,也可將梅汁與白飯拌勻後做成飯糰或壽司喔!!
